Mark Zuckerberg says Facebook focuses on its mobile business
Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg has reconciled with his first interview after the botched IPO investors a bit. On the U.S. technology blog TechCrunch Disrupt conference organized, he explained that the focus of the social network lies in the mobile business. So far, here's advertising revenues are disappointing, what is considered the main reason for the collapse of the stock.
"Over the next three to five years, the central question will be how well we hit the mobile space," said Zuckerberg. "Depends on all the company's development." Facebook had been renewed until August his much criticized iPhone app and is working on a new Android app. An exact date of when it is ready, not named Zuckerberg.
According to the submissions of the Facebook-chief and founder of the price of Facebook shares rose more than 3 percent after trading at 20.09 U.S. dollars. But that is still far short of the $ 38 that the paper cost the IPO in May. "The development of the stock is obviously disappointing," said Zuckerberg.
