Now the operator of the microblogging service have put him on GitHub as open source project. Components of the project, in the diction of Bower "components", can be installed via direct call in components folder. Exact versioning but apparently you can better control of package files. In such files in JSON format can be configured to explicit package name and dependencies. Delivery to clients can be done via a simple script tag, but also about how libraries Sprockets or RequireJS. For an alias mapping Bowerd turn can generate JSON objects.

Bower is itself a Node.js application and is easy to install via package manager npm (Node.js Package Manager) of JavaScript frameworks.
