Apple takes new Samsung devices targeted


Following the landslide victory in the first U.S. patent case against Samsung Apple is now including the latest devices of the Korean competitors to target. Among them are the current top smartphone Galaxy S3, the tablet Galaxy Note 10.1, and the big phone Galaxy Note. Apple expanded a lawsuit in California so that from a total of 21 units, as is clear from court documents released Friday. It is expected that Apple will also add that the list presented at the IFA Galaxy Note 2.

A trial in the case is not expected until the spring 2014. When the patents in suit involves, among other things, to synchronize and unlock devices, missed calls, and search functions. The Galaxy S3 is the current flagship model of Samsung and the biggest competitor of the next iPhone, which is expected in September. Apple had been officially announced but still no news.
