Police action against Megaupload-Founder: Dispute over proportionality
A video could support the statement of dotcom Kim (aka Kim Schmitz aka Kimble), during the raid in connection with its investigation into Sharehoster platform Megaupload had the police acted unreasonably towards him. From the video recordings, which published the 3News television, it appears that at least two helicopters, four police cars, dogs and heavily armed members of the anti-terrorist unit Special Tactics Group were involved. The U.S. has requested his extradition. It is not until March of next year found. Dotcom is resisting the arrest, the confiscation of his possessions, and against the extradition. If found guilty dotcom threatens imprisonment up to 20 years. He is currently on bail on the loose. Dotcom lives with his family in a property north of Auckland
