Patent lawsuit against Apple for iPhone enclosed earphones


Among the many mobile patent lawsuits might be one of these kurioseren: A small company wants at least three million dollars from Apple because the company attaches to his iPhone and an earphone with microphone. The company Intelligent Smart Phone Concepts refers to his patent for a "mobile phone with a headset," from 2008, as from court documents on Tuesday showing that have been submitted to the authorities responsible for Northern California United States District Court.
