Refreshment of THE ANGRY BIRDS is a best seller in Finland

Rovio, the company that developed one of the most successful multiplatform titles just announced that in Finland are outselling Coca-Cola and Pepsi. But not with versions of the game sold or the famous stuffed birds actually happening by large sales of Angry Birds selling soda in that country.

The CMO of Rovio, Peter Vesterbacka said during a conference in Finland that soda Angry Birds is the best selling in the same country, even more units are selling Coca-Cola and Pepsi. The company has seen great success of the product and therefore are thinking bring refreshment to other countries, where New Zealand and Australia top the list of expansion.

The truth is that I find it strange that a drink of Angry Birds, but it is the best selling and sales surpasses other refreshments is because surely tastes good - or good marketing. A journalist who attended the event said it tastes like one of Coca-Cola called Lilt (another soda I do not know) and an apple flavor.
