Windows Phone 8: reboots and locks on Nokia and HTC phones
From official forums to Web sites, some users report that their Windows Phone 8 devices are restarting for no reason and get stuck in applications such as e-mail when you try to synchronize.
Rumors of devices with Windows Phone 8

Microsoft: Installation problem with Windows Phone
Microsoft has confirmed in a blog post that the smartphones with Windows Phone are currently suffering from a problem with certificates, which prevents the installation of apps and to install updates for installed apps. Affected are therefore compatible with Windows Phone 7 smartphones shipped that have received an update to 7.5, but not directly sold with 7.5. Windows Mobile 7.8 for older hardware
At the end of the presentation of Windows Phone 8, Microsoft provided more clear: The new software will not run on older hardware.
